Islamic State Ally Blamed for Deadly Bombings in Ugandan Capital

KAMPALA, Uganda—Suicide bombers set off two potent explosions in the heart of Uganda’s funds throughout rush hour in what law enforcement stated was a terrorist assault carried out by a local ally of Islamic State.
